Shaw had given me free cell phone service on 3 phones for FREE for UNLIMITED TIME. With the changeover I only get 5 years free then who knows what horrible price they will stick me with. Then they told me I needed new TV boxes and a new wifi modem/router. Price increased from $126.00 to $147.00. I did get an increase in speed from 150 to 500 but I really do not see a difference in anything but the price. 150 speed worked fine. CRTC blew it again allowing less competiton. Voicemail does not work properly with Rogers. There is no display on the cable boxes for what channel you are on. My previous LIMITED TV ($25.00) has been LIMITED to 5 news channels in Calgary. I had more channels before with Shaw at a lower price. I am NOT happy with Rogers.

Have you tried reaching back out to our Ignite customer care team for additional support? Perhaps they have a different package or promo that is more suitable for your needs. You may also send us a PM @CommunityHelps and we can have a peek at our end, too.

How about getting me free phones like I had with Shaw and I pay $10.00 By The Gig for Data if I want it.
I know the cable boxes simply have no channel numbers on them so forget that. I can accept the 500 speed internet. I can accept fewer channels. It's the 3 cell phones I have that I want free forever like Shaw promised.
