I called Rogers multiple times. They keep telling me to wait for the sim card or go to the store.
I went to Rogers store at West Edmonton Mall and a lady at the store told me they dont do the migration at the store anymore and wait for the sim card.
I called back and Rogers rep told me to go back to the store.
I will try a different Rogers store.

Since posting, have you been able to obtain your SIM card and get your services migrated successfully? If not, can you please share a bit more context as to where things are at? For example, were you able to speak to our dedicated 'Shaw to Rogers' customer solutions team to get the process going and have a SIM card shipped out to you? If not, they can be reached here.
