Hi. When I signed up last February Rogers added a temp line which is a wood stick from the green cable box up and over to my house. It looks crude and would not withstand someone deciding to pull it out of the box. I have called numerous times to inquirer when they will put it in the ground. I see my neighbour had service installed last week and they have the same set up. When will Rogers fix this problem? I do not want to go through another winter with this crude set uo!
