I got an email saying they were making changes to my Rogers credit card . I do not have a Rogers Credit Card. The on-line bot Ruby is useless, and I have been on hold on the fraud line for over an hour. This is why I would never have a Rogers Credit Card. If they have no customer service, who needs them?
Does anyone have any ideas on how I make sure I am not getting charged by Rogers for something I don't have?

If you don't have a Rogers Bank Credit Card and you didn't click on anything, then you can probably ignore the e-mail. If you want to contact someone contact RogersBank - link below. Rogers Bank is a separate entity.
