Anyone who could help me. I’m in the call waiting for someone from fraud team to answer but it’s 30mins already and no one’s answering.
I made a txn last night which should be valid but was tagged as fraud despite replying to the text saying it as Valid. I cannot proceed with the txn. I hope someone can update my profile and make sure my transactions outside canada are considered as valid or not fraudulent ASAP.
