Scam email

I received an email from Rogers Credit Operations this morning.  Title is Upcoming Changes to our Rogers Email Services. Then asks me to follow a link to update the terms of service on my Rogers account.  Looks like a scam to me. And they also say there was an outage across both wireless and wireline service on Sunday.  I don’t recall that.  Just want to confirm scam.  Thanks,  BettyM

Congrats on your first post with us and thank you for bringing this up to our much needed attention. 🙌 This does sound a bit fishy to me. With all the scams out there these days, you just can't be too vigilant. It's uber important to ensure that you refrain from clicking on any links that have been provided or offer up any of your personal or account related information as well when you're unsure. I just have a few questions for you if you don't mind:

Are you able to kindly send us a screenshot of the email while omiting any of your personal or account related information?

What was the email address that you received the email from?
