How to report Fraudulent emails using rogers

I received an email from "dxxxxxx_ixxxx@rogers.com" using a rogers bill like page stating that I owed $329 due by 25th Nov. Is this a scammer or has this address been hacked.

Login to MyRogers and see your balance and due date there. If it's not the same, then it's a scam for sure.  Here's a post on how to spot scammers and how to report.
