Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums, and thank you for bringing this to our attention. That number does not appear to be ours, so we do hope you did not provide any personal information. Some more tips to be aware of with a lot of telemarketing calls going on.
- We will never call you to sell you a service you already have with us.
- We won’t offer to sell you services from a competitor.
- If you did not initiate the contact with the caller, avoid providing personal or financial information over the phone.
- Ask for the callers’ name or employee number. Our representatives will never refuse to give you their name or an interaction number.
- If it sounds illegitimate or too good to be true, it probably is. Hang up if something doesn’t seem right.
