Legit or scam text?

Is this legit or a scam? I didn't request an appointment or make changes to my account. Super annoyed if someone just randomly shows up- will be sleeping for a night shift.

was there suppose to be an attachment? I do not see anything

did the text message come from a short code (a 4 to 6 digit number) or did it come from a random phone number and area code? If it was the later, then its pretty safe to assume its a scam
