Fraud or legit? Fix it!

Got a message from 4901 for. Rogers. It seems legit as it refers to my Rogers but the offer is not on my Rogers. It is a scam? It is Rogers who send this for real but does not honour it? I wish I could send a picture of the message as it seems really coming from Rogers. At the end, it feels like Rogers does not want to give you the offer they texted you (unsolicited). Please fix it or honour your offer.

It's definitely hard to gauge whether or not an offer is legitimate these days, with all of the various scams that have been running rampant. I don't blame you for being cautious. 

You should be able to post a screen shot of the text message here, but please be sure to remove any personal details before posting it publicly in this forum. To do so, first save the screen shot to your device. Once done, you can go to my post and hit 'Reply'. Then click on the 'camera' icon and upload or choose the files you wish to use. 

If this isn't working for you, feel free to simply describe the details of the offer that was presented to you in more detail, so we can check it's legitimacy. You may also send us a PM @CommunityHelps if you'd like us to check your account for the offer.
