It's definitely a cause of concern when any financial information is compromised. Typically we create a call back request on a customer's account for our fraud team to make contact.
Since you're not a Rogers customer, it may be best if you initiate an investigation with your financial institution. They should be able to review the charges for you and recommend next steps.
May I know what kind of suspicious activity have you noticed in your account? If it's a payment that has been debited, do you see any account info associated with it?
