yes its fake, first red flag is theyre texting you from a halifax residential number, rogers NEVER sends a message to you from an actual 10 digit number, they would use a shortcode so either a 4 or 5 digit number.

secondly if u are overcharged ,they will credit your invoice, none of this click a link here to deposit your refund noise
