Hi, I received an email on the 14th afternoon for a in-house visit survey addressing to Sajid Mahmood. However, the problem is I AM NOT Sajid Mahmood,. but the email is mine! I just wanted to confirm if any of my personal information has been compromised at your end, or it was just a honest mistaken by someone accidentally put my email to somebody else? I have contacted the online chat, and an agent from London saying it could be a scam email, as he didn't recognize the email address (Rogers Feedback at noreply@myexperience.rogers.com). Can someone please verify if it is a legit official email from Rogers, and follow up with me privately? Thank you very much in advance.

I seem to recall something similar happening to me a few years back. An email survey from Rogers to me (correct email address), but with the incorrect name. I simply ignored it and it hasn't happened again. Probably some sort of computer glitch after you contacted Rogers for something?
Looks like it's a proper Rogers e-mail with the rogers.com at the end.
