30% off cell phone bill (Scam) ?

So I just received a call …number showed up as 4378903943. Guy didn’t have my name no info but address me as the last 4 digit of my cell number said he called to offer me 30 percent off my bill from Rogers for the next 2 yrs. That’s what really got me thinking Rogers calling me to give me a discount lol….I already knew this is not Rogers so I asked him what’s my name what’s my plan. He got fed up of me a said I’m going to suspend your account …I was like can you add some credit while you’re suspending it. He got more annoyed I think he cuss me out in his language and hung up on me. I did try calling back the number but it’s disconnect. People don’t fall for these people scams

Had a call today from someone claiming to be from Rogers and offering 30% discount on my bill. I hung up assuming this is not Rogers or Legit ?

I always ask them to note the offer on my account for me to think about it and research what the catch/stipulations are.

Also had this call on 04/12/2024....asked for email to confirm account to apply the promotion on my own via email link. Asked why I wasn't notified of said promotion through MyRogers app, no answer. Reverse lookup also says the number was from a Bell carrier 😅.

Scam. Trust me, no legitimate business calls their customers to offer them discounts, especially 30% 🤣

I had the same call while trying to confirm if the number is legit or no, I gave him amount of the last bill I paid. Can they do anything with this info? Should I be worried?
