I have rogers ignite internet service with TV. I have 3 STB's on different TV's and notice that one of the boxes behaves slightly differently in the YouTube app.
In this one box (an Xi6-T), no YouTube chapters are ever present on videos, while on my other two STB's (XiOne-SC(B) ), they work perfectly fine.
My remediation steps:
1. Rebooted the offending STB
2. Reset the YouTube app on the offending STB
3. Swapped the STB between other TV's to confirm its not some odd interaction.
Everything else runs great and I am sincerely enjoying the service. This is just an unusual and annoying case.

Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums!
The Xi6-T is an older model of box compared to the XiOne boxes. This is most likely what is causing the limitation on that box.
