Where are “My Cravings” in Crave app?

Hello, I am using the Ignite Crave app (subscribed through Rogers) and have ticked the “+” sign for several movies / shows, but I cannot seem to find my list through the app. Is there a trick to this? It would seem to me that this would be an essential part of the app. Can anyone help me?

@Sorofty You are not missing anything or doing anything wrong.

The Crave app on Ignite TV is not a "true" Crave app, like you would have on other streaming and mobile platforms.  It is really just a link to the On-Demand content that is part of your Ignite TV subscription.  The Crave app on Ignite does not support multiple user profiles or logins into crave.ca service, so you do not have access to "My Cravings" that you have set up on those other platforms either.

Thanks for the clarification G.  Any idea if Rogers has considered just allowing a user to go directly into the actual Crave app the same way the Netflix app works?  I switched to the Ignite version of Crave so I did not have to use a separate remote, which obviously does not work.  I think that many users would find this to be a big enhancement to the existing app, which, in my opinion, does not provide a whole lot of value at the end of the day.

Is there a way to make this suggestion to Rogers?

1. You can use the Crave app on your device (phone or tablet) and sign in using your Rogers credentials.  I find that apps often have slightly different functionality vs doing things using the IgniteTV box interface, so I use the various apps or box to do various functions. For example, some scheduling and scheduled recording deletions, etc are "easier/faster" to do on the IgniteTV app than on the box.  "Surfing" for programming on Disney+ is also usually faster on the Disney+ app.  Finding a specific programme is almost always easier using the voice command on the Rogers remote though...  PS. You can find your cravings in the app, as you mentioned, so feel free to use various devices for various functionality.

How do I access the movies I put on my list via the Crave app through Ignite?  I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Rogers doesn't want to make it easy to use a separate Crave subscription because Crave is owned by Bell.
