Anyone know why Roger's no longer carry this channels on CTV app ,was trying ,it keeps tell me to call Roger's but not getting any answers from anyone there

I've been having the same issue. The CTV app and website both claim I'm not subscribed to CTV, which is nonsensical because that channel's included in every package. I still have access to the other Bell-owned channels I'm subscribed to, so I'm not sure what's going on.

What can be streamed where and when is usually dictated by the Broadcaster (in this case Bell-owned), not the service provider. In some instances negotiations will allow for "more" viewing, however, that usually costs the service provider more money than they may be willing to spend on a particular channel or programming.
Interestingly, there are several other CTV channels available on Xfinity Streaming TV Go (outside your home network, but inside Canada.

I don't know why Rogers decided to do this, but according to the CTV website help section:
Regrettably, Rogers has decided to stop access to CTV and CTV2 content for Rogers customers via ctv.ca and the CTV app. You can continue to access and enjoy live CTV and CTV2 channels through your set-top-box.
