You can request a printable channel listing by sending a private message to @CommunityHelps . However, you should also be able to see all available channels, for all Ignite TV bundles, under the Channels tab at https://www.rogers.com/bundles/offers
However, since the new Popular TV and Total TV packages got launched back in November, there are still some discrepancies between the printable guides, the online channel listing, and the channels that you actually get when you subscribe. The only thing that we can do is report any differences that we find, and hope that the Ignite TV product managers make things right by adding those missing channels to our subscribed channels.

@idavis1574 : You need to send a PM to @CommunityHelps , as discussed in the post above yours. Be prepared to answer some questions, especially which channel list you want (which package)
When logged into the forum, click on @CommunityHelps . On the page that comes up, you'll see a link near the top right of the screen to "send a message". If you're using a tablet or phone, you may need to switch your browser to the desktop version. How to do that will depend on the device but a web search should find it. There may be some back and forth required while Rogers get your personal information to look into your account. Personal information is not allowed in this forum.
When logged into the forum, check the envelope icon at the top right of the screen for messages. You would usually also receive an e-mail that you have a PM, but it may have ended up in your spam folder...
Also be aware that many of us have found those channel listings to have errors, so you're better off using the website as mentioned in the post above yours. See my comments on that topic in the link below:
