Need new remote

We had cable installed about a month ago, my son has long nails and likes to pick at things with them, so he thought it woukd be nice to pick a hole in one of the remotes, now it does not work, it’s missing almost all th3 rubber on it, how do I get a replacement remote for it

You've come to the right place. You can either get the remote couriered to you or you can swap the remote at a retail store.
