Missing Channels

I subscribe to ignite tv starter pack and suppose to have 37 channels in package. Alot of those channels say I need to subscribe but included in my package.

We understand how frustrating it can be not to have access to the channels listed in your package. Did you encounter any error messages while viewing those channels, aside from seeing "subscribe"?
