IgniteTV wont let me successfully login from my laptop, no matter what browser (Firefox, Chrome, Edge). It suggests I am not signed up for IgniteTV yet. However I can login to MyRogers using the very same username/password and it tells me I have IgniteTV. I used to be able to watch Canadian TV channels from my home address months ago on my laptop by using the MyRogers username/password; now I cannot.

I know how frustrating it can be to experience login issues with the Ignite TV service. We'd be happy to assist you with this.
We'll just need some more information to get started.
- Are you using the same email address as MyRogers login?
- What device are you using?
- Have you tried clearing cache and cookies from the browser?
- Are you connected to your home network?
