How or where can I get  dr Phills  new TV programming.  It’s under merit street media ? Thanks

Merit Street channel is not available to Canadians.  If the new Doctor Phil McGraw show were to ever come to Canada, it would have to be licensed and picked up by one of the Canadian networks and they would have to make some kind of  public announcement regarding that.
