Downloaded & go shows missing

I downloaded shows from pvr to my tablet. On pvr show shows downloaded to device. On tablet in app shows downloaded however in downloads there is nothing?? These shows are missing? How to reset?

We can definitely help you with the Download-and-Go feature. I have tested it on my device and the feature seems to be working fine. 

• Is this only happening on your tablet? Can you test it on another device if possible?
• Can you try downloading another show to your tablet to see if the same issue is occurring?
• Can you confirm the version of the app on your tablet?
• What type of tablet are you using and what is the OS version?

Yup, programs i download to the app in my iphone end up disappearing after only something like 4-5 days. Last time this happened, I was eventually able to play them at home from the Ignite tv box. Will see what happens after this trip
