Device Menu Disappeared

Starting on April 1st, the Device selection menu disappeared from my "Saved" menu. I used to be able to select on each Xfinity device, I could specify which device to looked at "Recordings" and "Scheduled". Now, I don't have that option and can only see "All Devices".
On a related issue, on one of the Xfinity devices, I can't see the programs that were recorded or scheduled to record on that particular device (but I can see them on all the other devices). If I want to watch I program on that device, I can only select it from the "For You" screen.
I did contact Rogers technical support yesterday, but since they couldn't pinpoint the cause, they sent me a message that says "Your problem may have been solved". It hasn't been.
Any suggestions on how I can get the Devices menu back?

On each device go to Rogers - Settings - Preferences - General - Display Recordings On - Make your selection.

Thank you. It looks like this solved my problems. I still miss the device list being available on the "Recordings" and "Scheduled" menus but now I know how to change it. And I can see the programs recorded on the device I was looking at.
