I have Ignite 20 plus sports and had CBS selected as a flex channel and had watched last weekend. Just tried to watch and it is saying I am not subscribed and it’s no longer offered as a flex channel. Any explanation?

I don't know how you were watching CBS, however, it has never been a flex channel and it has been part of the "Prime Time" Theme pack since July 2021 for $3/mo (except for grandfathered subscribers).  It has not been "included" in any bundle (or Flex) since then.  See:
