Two questions:

I am unable to connect to wifi networks with
peap mschapv2 authentication. It says connecting then I get disconnected. What can I do to connect to this kind of network?

Second question: when I have my head phones connected I would like the ringer to play from the speaker and not on the head phones, is that possible?

for the first part, my suggestion is to contact the manufacturer and verify the device is capable of connection to this form of authentication.

for the second question, I don't believe there's a way as headphones generally override speaker when connected.

For your PEAP authentication, how are you entering your user credentials? They should be entered as DOMAIN\USERNAME

As for the audio split, it is not supported without rooting. On many custom roms you can re-route all ringer signals to the speaker instead. If this is a critical feature for you, you may want to look into a custom ROM. I don't know anything about your phone, so I can't really provide any details, sorry :S
