I clean all data of wechat from my cell Motorola this morning and could not login back in wechat. I knew Rogers intentionally block the flow from wechat . Now I know Rogers block message from WeChat throught Cellphone. Is Rogers action in right way. all my phones and internet service provided by Rogers. That is so sad and should transfer all my service to other provider

I'm curious. Have you reached out directly to WeChat for support to find out if this may be something on their end? It's possible that your access has been restricted directly by WeChat.
I've seen multiple stories in the news about WeChat intentionally restricting Canadian users and blocking registrations:

If you haven't yet checked directly with WeChat, I would recommend you try that avenue for support as your first step.
