There was a new Nvidia shield update 9.2 and now I cannot cast rogers streaming app to the shield. Help?

We understand how annoying it can be when a recent update disrupts your ability to cast content off the Rogers Xfinity Stream app.
It sounds like the new Nvidia Shield update (9.2) may have caused compatibility issues with the Rogers Xfinity Stream app. While we don’t have direct control over third-party device updates, we’re here to help troubleshoot and find a solution for you.
Have you done any troubleshooting yet?
Please make sure both the Nvidia Shield and the device you are casting from are connected to the same WiFi network.

Thanks for responding. I have tried all of the above. I am using an android phone to cast to the shield. I can cast to the shield successfully with all other apps except for Rogers Xfinity. When i use the cast button in the app it searches for a device but cannot find SHIELD.

I wish I had not updated to Nvidia Shield update 9.2 new the Rogers Xfinity will not show the ability to cast. Did you make any progress on this?

Nothing yet but a case is open on it and supposed to be finding a solution.
