When I'm working away from home and the modem acts up, I can usually ask a Rogers customer support representative remotely reboot the modem and clear things up.
The HomeConnect App offers this feature as well -- when the modem is not in bridge mode.
It's clear that the modem being in bridge mode does not have any impact on the ability to remotely reboot the modem, since the CSR can do it. My app suggestion is to allow the app to remotely reboot the modem regardless of the mode it is in. This would be very helpful for those of us who cannot use the modem's built-in routing/firewall functionality.

Greetings @anotherandrew!
Putting the modem in bridge mode disables all it's router functionality, which is what the app needs to function. We do not use the app to initiate a reboot from our end.
Thank you for your suggestion. It may be difficult to implement but it will be taken into consideration.
