I have the Rogers Infinite Plan, when using mobile hotspot, I cannot establish a VPN session for my work. It goes through the first phase of two-factor-authentication, but it fails to make the final connection.
I'm using an iPhone 13 Pro Max. Other sites are accessible on hotspot.
I've checked with my work's IT department and they've confirmed that it's an issue with my host network, it connects fine over home internet.

Hello, @robust_blanket.
We're delighted you joined our Community. Your work VPN not working over the mobile hotspot can be worrisome. Had it worked before?
I couldn't replicate the issue; I can connect to the work VPN over the mobile hotspot.
You may want to try Reset Network Settings by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi network passwords and cellular settings you've used.
Please keep us posted.
Cheers,

I am having the same issue, this started happening about a month ago. Prior to a month ago everything was working fine with connecting to VPN.
It is not the phone for sure, I tried putting the sim card into a different phone, same issue.
Here is where it get's interesting. I live in the GTA region. I drove out to Port Huron MI which is right on the border of Sarnia (Canada). I tried connecting to my VPN while I was connected to Rogers while there and it worked fine. I also tried connecting to the VPN while I was connected to one of the US carriers on the same phone where it doesn't work when I am at home and it worked when I was connected to AT&T or something, same SIM card that doesn't work while in the GTA.

Good morning @AdoTop!
I would highly recommend that you connect with your work IT department for help with your VPN. They are best suited to troubleshoot to determine exactly what's wrong with the VPN that they provided to you.

Yes, that's right. We do not directly support VPN related issues. While I do understand how inconvenient this is, it is the responsibility of your IT department to ensure your VPN works on your connection.
We employees at Rogers also use VPNs to securely access our internal network everyday, as do many of our customers, so it is not a blanket issue with VPNs in general but rather an issue with your specific VPN setup.
