Tablet Plan add call service

I've tried reaching to a chat agent and was told that i can activate call service to my tablet plan just need to pay additional 12CAD on top of my current fee's, however, i did not grab it and needed time to think about it.

now that i want to take the the calleservice, i have tried reaching to an agent again and told that it doesn't exist and not possible, now I'm confused.

can i add a call service to my tablet plan? please advise.

Unfortunately, I don't believe we offer voice/calling add-on's for tablets. As far as I know, you can only add a data plan, but you would need to download an app if you want to make voice calls (ex: WhatsApp, etc.).
