Hi,
I am a new Rogers customer and today we received in the mail our 5G modem but it did not come with a SIM card? I was not informed about this.
If it is going to be required to pick up the SIM card at a Rogers store I will need to add an authorized user to my account. How can I do that? It's seemingly impossible to connect through chat or phone. Please advise, thank you.

Hello, @evanmumford.
We appreciate you joining our Community and sharing the missing SIM card from your recent 5G modem delivery.
We understand the importance of a seamless setup with your new 5G modem; have you checked the SIM card slot to see if it's installed?
There may have been an oversight in the delivery process, but we can help add an authorized contact to your account. Sorry for the trouble.
Please send CommunityHelps a private message. We detailed more info about our private messaging in this blog.
Cheers,
RogersMoin

If indeed your order did not include the sim card and you checked everywhere and its not there then...
I do not understand why you need to add an authorized user to buy the sim card? The store can sell the sim card to anyone who walks in, they will bring the sim card home, and YOU are the account owner right? so that means YOU can call in and have the sim card activated, they can do this without a problem, then you pop it in the device and Voila, it will be activated.
