I am not sure what is going on at Rogers, I need someone to call me tomorrow PLEASE
I have tried all day unsuccessfully to get through to a technician on your chat line, the queues
are continuously extremely long, I waited up now 12:02am to get through to someone and I am #25
in the queue??? What is happening?
My voice mail is not working - all calls are received by a message ...... "" unfortunately we cannot complete
the number as dialled..”
Recap yesterday - I was holding on to your chat line, started at #60, held on to #2
HOW does one go from 2 back to #20 in your queue????
Then the chatline was cancelled, after holding on for 1hr 43 mins; I called back I became#76!!!!

When someone calls me, my vm is not coming on instead a woman’s vm says " unfortunately we cannot complete
the number as dialled..”
I restarted the cell, reset network, no change. 2 days of inconvenience.
