On Oct 11th we decided to finance a iPhone 16 through my Rogers account, we did all the filling out stuff online and when we hit checkout my card was declined and then i got a text message from my bank asking me if it was me making the purchase. Not thinking out it at the time I closed the rogers tab thinking i would have to do it over again. I logged into my bank and noticed the $690 credit card charge from rogers (Still pending) I put $600 down, $25 delivery fee and phone plan charge ($690). I called rogers the same day and there's no history on their end and was told sometimes and it could take a couple days to show up on their side. Its the 15th now and the charge is still pending, I have no confirmation of the order or nothing. Has this happened to anyone? and what should I do?
