I am unable to access the Rogers Ignite Wifi services through the app or site. Keeps telling me to try again over and over. The modem has been reset a couple times. Anyone know how to fix this? I have a couple computers I need to unblock and have MANY profiles setup which I don't want to loose and reconfigure. Please helpp!
