So I signed up for the Black Friday 5G infinite plan. The promo included 200GB of data. I got setup on the 1st and activated on the 2nd. The rep who got me started said that the information emailed to me after he got off the call with me would be inaccurate so there’s no need to freak out. So today checked my Roger’s app and it stated I was only getting 100gb of data. I got on the chat with the chat bot and was eventually sent to a specialist on the same chat window. The specialist stated that I only have 100gb. I sent a screenshot of the promotion and pointed out that the promotion that I signed up for was for 200gb. No reply since. Might be because the chat stopped at midnight EST. Anyone else experiencing the same thing or is it just me?
