Hi, I don't have a smart phone & want to access my ignite gateway info. When I try to access the website, it takes me to a download page for devices. How do I access the info. via my Win 10 desktop? Thanks, Nick.

Such as the following post with additional information:
If you have a tablet, you can download the app to the (compatible) tablet instead of a smart phone. For example, I have the app on my iPad and iPhone.

Thanks so much for your response. I tried downloading the app to my Samsung CE0168 tablet but I get the message "This app is not available for your device". Can you advise? Thanks, Nick.

Have you downloaded the latest OS onto this tablet? I did a quick search for this tablet and it looks as though it may be a few years old and if so, may be incompatible with the latest apps. Do you know how old the tablet is?

Hi, thanks for persisting in this. My tablet is 8 years old. I did download the latest version & also re-installed Google Store but still get the message that the Ignite app is incompatible. I think I'll leave it for now as I am the only user & just wanted the app to check out my network & change pw if necessary. Thanks again for all your help, Nick.
