Unable to connect to any Proboards

Ever since my Internet came back yesterday, after the outage, I have been unable to connect to this board.

In fact, I have been unable to connect to ANY Proboards. 

What's going on?  The rest of the Internet, or at least the parts of it I frequent, I have no problems connecting to.    So why can't I connect to Proboards?

This seems like it’s part of the ongoing issue since things came back up.
Best I can surmise so far, is that the name resolution servers on the ipv4 are not working right.
So if an end website, etc is not fully using ipv6, people on Rogers can’t resolve the name correctly, so it doesn’t know where to go to load the page.

Guess that must be it.  Problem is that I run the board I linked to and now I can't get to it.  Still, I guess all I can do is wait for Rogers to fix it.

Of course, I did try calling Tech Support, but that was hopeless.  You either get hanged up on by the Interactive Voice Menu, or risk getting put on hold for three hours!  Glad I was able to post this here.
