I’m trying to setup port forwarding from xfinity app but when I select adv settings- port forwarding option, i error message shows up: “something unexpected happened, with try again button”. I tried with different mobiles ios, android and nothing…
I called tech support, but they can’t help me so far (i have a ticket opened)
It does NOT make any sense, I used to be able to configure my port forwarding before, but it seems Rogers can’t handle this issue, unfortunately.

I don't know whether or not it works (or will still work with the latest version of the Xfinity app; it is a 2-year-old post) but it is worth a try.
