I lost internet again around 12:30pm. This is really starting to annoy me and I'm getting tired of this 😞 When I lost internet, I checked and there was blinking green light on my XB7 modem. Which I believe means upstream registration. What is going on? I was stable for months, and now with this "out of nowhere" OFDMA upstream support things are unstable with my network :-(. It seems Rogers are conducting LIVE TESTING on customers... This is totally unacceptable it is interrupting my and my wife's work, not too mention teenagers at home and their needs. I have Bell fibre available in my area, and I'm about to send them email for details.... grrrrr... Also if the problem happens again I will reach out to Rogers reps via PM this afternoon so they can look at my modem. Having modem unbridged it is pain in the ars.

Ok, next step, plan A:
1. Plan A: reinstall the MoCA POE filter
2. Plan B. uninstall the MoCA POE filter and install the Forward Path Attenuator
3. Plan C. install both MoCA POE filter and the Forward Path Attenuator
Move from plan A to Plan B when and if there's another disconnect. Same with plan C. Do this one step at a time, looking for the next disconnect to occur. Hopefully it won't and you will be able to determine if either the MoCO POE filter or the Forward path Attenuator solves the issue.
If the MoCA POE filter resolves the issue, that points to one of your neighbours running a MoCA network without a POE filter installed to prevent MoCA leakage out to the neighbourhood.
If the Forward Path Attenuator resolves the issue, that points to a signal problem within the OFDMA channel, or an OFDMA processing issue of some type.

Plan A was in place with several internet interruptions with blinking green light (upstream) as experienced yesterday (late afternoon / evening). After which I removed the MOCA filter and I rebooted the modem. Since I got an error I don't think it is my neighbours MOCA setup. My next house neighbour is using Bell, I'm not sure if that matters though.
I think I will go to Plan B later today.
Thanks again.
