I have a family member with a gmail account and I cannot receive her emails. They don't get moved to junk or spam, they are just not delivered from the server. Is there a way to find out what the Rogers mail server has an issue with?
I want to be clear, I cannot receive emails sent TO my @rogers.com address FROM my family member's @Gmail.com account. It seems to be specifically her address that is being blocked by Rogers server as I do get email from other @Gmail.com addresses. Also, it is not just on Yahoo mail platform but on Microsoft Outlook app imap or pop3 setup.
