For reasons unknown, when I log into the Ignite TV site from my HP laptop, it will not allow me to stream certain channels. I get a message that tells me that I must be logged into "my home wifi" in order to watch the program "due to copyright" regulations? I am logged into my home Rogers Wifi in my home...have no clue why this is happening? I can watch the Channels on my TV, IPhone, IPadbut the laptop causes me all kinds of issues? I did chat with Customer Services for about 1.5 hours last week, They indicated that they would need to push the issue up to "engineering" for resolution. Two days later, a received a text from Rogers telling me they couldn't solve the issue...sorry. Unsat...there has to be a fix otherwise the "Anywhere, Anytime" line is less than forthcoming.

It may be due to IP Address Geolocation. See the following thread on the topic:
