How do I reset my Ignite Entertainment Box?
- Start by unplugging the power cable, either from the power outlet in the wall or from the back of the Ignite Entertainment Box.
- Wait for 30 seconds plug it back in.
- An Ignite TV welcome screen should display, then the Ignite Entertainment Box will resume playing the previous channel.
You can also reset the Ignite Entertainment Box from the Ignite Voice Remote:
From the Help Menu
- Press the A button on your Ignite Voice Remote to open the Help menu.
- Select Restart.
- Select Restart again to confirm.
- Wait a few moments for the system to reboot.
“No Signal” on the TV screen?
These are the most common causes for this issue:
- TV is on the wrong input
- HDMI cable is unplugged
- HDMI port issue
- HDMI to Composite Adapter issue
- Faulty HDMI cable
Here are the few steps you can take to correct the input issue:
- Check that all cables are connected securely, and the STB has a solid white light
- Check that the TV is on the correct input
- Replace HDMI cable
- Reboot the Ignite Entertainment Box.
Having issues using a sound bar or audio system?
Sound bars or audio systems are examples of third-party equipment that Rogers doesn't support. But you can try changing the HDMI Audio Output setting to help resolve some issues when using additional audio equipment.
- Press the Rogers or Menu button on your remote.
- Select Settings (the gear icon).
- Select Device Settings.
- Select Audio.
- Select HDMI Audio Output.
- Choose Expert Mode.
