porting landline

trying to port Bell land line to Rogers.  Bell has 9 digit account number and Rogers needs 10 digits.  How do I reconcile?

Have you tried putting a 0 as the first number?

Thx for your reply.  I suggested it to the rogers tech I was dealing with and he indicated that if it was wrong the line would get blocked and he did not want to chance it.
