I went to York dale mall . I wrote on the list from roger dale mall store at 7:23 . I have waited 2 hour on list . I look at list 10 people . However , roger staff told me. It is not available. . I came back home. phone number Text me you are next . Please make your way back to the location . I don’t understand roger staff . I want to change My company . It is really lazy and teenager team . I spent two hour on the store . I hate service and staff on York dale mall store. Roger lost costumer for this store .

It is really disappointing to hear about your recent experience at the store. Based on the info you've shared it seems like you were on a wait list to see a rep at the store and you weren't able to get a device because it wasn't available. Is that correct?
