I have 2 suggestions, firstly being able to integrate your Shaw and Roger’s account into one, fir simplicity of billing and receipt tracking and etc as well as technical and account support , I believe it would make things easier for both residential and commercial customers alike.
The second suggestion following that would be more bundles because let’s face it more people are moving away from cable and land lines so being able to bundle your cellphone and home wifi or cellphone, home wifi and say a streaming package that maybe includes the top 3 (Netflix, Disney and prime) would definitely be very attractive to both new and existing customers as it gives incentives to have more than one product through Shaw or Roger’s as traditional bundle discounts could be applied to this, internationally residential land line and cable use is dropping so I believe it’s a great way to at least attract customers as well as retain them, for instance many people have their phone and their internet through different providers because company A has a better internet price and company B has better cellphone plans or prices, but if there’s a Company C (rogers) that will give you the best of both at the same price by doing a bundle I believe it would be very attractive
