I've been here awhile

I recently contacted CSR and had to wait for 1 hour and1/2 to be told I'm an idiot and the App is a piece of garbage and so is the support. CSR called me an idiot yet I have a Degree in IT to be told again I'm an idiot. Asked to be transferred to a Mgr and still the comments, I'm an idiot and don't know what I'm doing. I asked to be transferred to the Office of the President and was told this call is being abandoned as its not worth the office's time.

This is totatlly unacceptable as being a loyal customer for 35 years. 

I GUESS BELL WORTH LOOKING AT AGAIN, AND WILL BE POSTING ALL THIS A CONVERSATIONS ON THE WEB. LET'S TREAT ROGERS TO A BIG WAKE UP CALL AND EVERYONE GO TO BELL. IF I DONT GET A CALL FORM THE PRESIDENTS OFFICE.

1. I doubt that a CSR called you an idiot in those exact words.  You didn't actually state what your issue is.

2. Yelling always helps!  The grass is rarely greener at Bell.  The office of the president will not contact you unless you use the following link:

I tried the link and the screen just sat there and did nothing, no errors showed, but again just there with with submit button, grayed in.

Looks like you have issues with your devices or your computer/browser.  This stuff works for the vast majority.  If you filled everything in properly, the submit button shouldn't be greyed out.  Here's a link with tips for websites.  People often have issues due to adblockers, or cookies or other items delineated in the link.
