Fwiw, if you haven't checked your Rogers bill from last month, Rogers appears to be increasing prices across the board.

Lets see, according to that article, a $9 increase on a second line, $75/60GB Infinite Premium plan works out to a 12% increase. Inflation in Canada as of November 2023 was 3.1%. Wonder how Rogers justifies such a large increase?????

Its usually the people who do not check their invoices who do not find out about the price increases until they see how much total they pay is more than the amount of total they paid their last billing cycle. but yes its good idea to open the bills and physically read them weather it be digitally or print copy. read them thoroughly, do not just look at the total amount withdrawn by your bank account

yet another surprise increase. paid phones off and bill was also increased to be the same cost. thats what happens when you answer to shareholders instead of customers

I notice Rogers policy says they will not increase rates without advanced notice either by email or on your bill. Well, my wireless plan went up in cost this month and there was no email, text, or notification on a bill. So much for their policy and integrity for that matter.

Greetings @TO4 ,
Thanks for joining us in the community. I understand it's not pleasant to receive unexpected charges on your bill. 😞
When a rate increase is approaching, we'll notify our customers via a bill message, approximately 2-3 billing periods ahead of time. By any chance, have you gone back a few bills to verify if you may have missed this bill notification by mistake?
If you are unsure, we are happy to take a look into this for you. Feel free to send us a private message @CommunityHelps so we can assist you further. For more information on how our Private Messaging system works, please check out our blog.
Kind regards,
