Rogers/Yahoo Email Photo Folder

Someoldguy
I've been around

Hey everyone,
I'm stumped when it comes to backing up my photo folder. I'm pretty sure that I used to be able to click on the "PHOTO" folder in my email account and wait until all the photos in my emails had appeared, then I could "select all" and copy them to my hard drive. Now it seems theonly way to do it is to select each individual phot and select "download".

Is there something I'm missing or is this option no longer available? After having this account with Rogers pretty much since Noah ran aground the are literally hundreds and hundreds of photos in this folder and saving them one at a time would take forever!

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello, @Someoldguy.

Welcome to our Community Forums! 😃

I appreciate your post and sharing how you use your webmail Photos folder. It's convenient to select all and download all the photos simultaneously. As you observed, I tried replicating the "select all" option, which is unavailable.

By selecting each photo, do you mean you click the photo to open it and then click on the download arrow? You can hover the mouse on the photo and click the download arrow to download the photos you want to back up quickly.

Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Regards,
RogersMoin
