Rogers Irresponsible Behaviour - White wire between two trees without any consent of information

Rogers is installing these black and white wires all across our street from one house to another house without going underground so out street becoming a mess of wires. They do not even bother to give you any information in advance and just install these wires as they needed. We live in Mississauga.

If it is not being installed underground then it is likely a Temporary Wire.  If its being strung from a tree, then it might be on the boulevard so that would be City owned property, there would be no need to notify the homes for that, but if they need access to your house for some reason, then Yes I would assume they would need permission and would nock on your door. but what if someone is not home? and the customer needs service badly? would they make they/them wait? probably not.

Rogers has been aggressively approaching houses to sell their services so it is more of selling by rogers then residents need those services desperately.
